• LGA Merchant: Local government area business representatives
• State/National/Global Merchant: Regional and international business partners
• Digi: Digital advisors and consultants
• HIU: Financial oversight and settlement officers
• Affiliate: Non-profit and partner organizations

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Verification: We may require you to verify your identity, business registration, and other information before activating certain account features or processing transactions.

Business Education: Access to courses, workshops, webinars, and training materials covering various business topics including marketing, finance, operations, and leadership.

Mentorship Program: Connection with experienced business mentors who provide guidance, advice, and support based on their expertise.

Marketplace: A platform for vendors to list products and services and for buyers to purchase them using cash or HAP (our digital currency).

Funding Access: Opportunities to apply for microloans, grants, and investment through our funding partners and programs.

HAP Digital Currency: A utility token that can be purchased, earned, and spent within our ecosystem for transactions, services, and rewards.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Platform
• Engage in money laundering or fraudulent transactions
• Reverse engineer or copy our Platform's code or design
• Resell or commercially exploit our services without authorization

Content Standards: Any content you post, upload, or share must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe on any intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

Our IP: The Platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, content, software, and technology, is owned by 5Billion and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

HAP Value: The value of HAP digital currency may fluctuate and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any loss in value.
